The outside kitchen provides another place to make meals when you want to be in the outdoors, and the inside kitchen amenities offer a gourmet kitchen including a 10 cu. we have to work with what we can buy from this entire industry.Grand Design Reflection travel trailer 297RSTS highlights: The bottom line is that if we want to take part in the towable RV lifestyle that we all choose and enjoy. (Nothing close to automotive/marine/aviation requirements for things that move.) It is obvious that "the fox is guarding the henhouse" since nothing in the wiring/plumbing/HVAC would meet any residential standards. They have an industry watchdog (that we pay a fee for when we purchase) called RVIA (Recreational Vehicle Industry Association) which is supposed to be inspecting for construction more-or-less equal to residential standards. I came to learn that this wiring and plumbing mess has been the "industry standard" for the towable RV industry since forever. So I gather the people that do the wiring just put the wires in wherever they want? Or can find space? Seems odd."Seems odd" to me too! Coming from a residential/marine/automotive background, I was appalled at what I saw when I opened up an access panel on our first ever (Grand Design) RV. A wiring schematic along with wire looms would be great if they would do it, but unfortunately we all are stuck. I know this is not what you want to here but it is what it is. Units built at the same time may even have differences. The best thing, and the worst, would be to map out how your unit is wired. We have the same drawing that GD would send to you and it is not worth the paper it is printed on as far as a "diagram" would be. This is a very basic drawing that would show where items are located but it does not show wire paths or what would be in the same circuit as something else. ![]() At a recent training seminar the moderators received some informative drawings and one of them is the electrical drawing. ![]() I mean, there'd have to be one-RVs are often built by folks who don't have home electricity as a matter of religionĪll jokes aside, I'm just trying to figure out what all the 7.5 amp fuse for the convenience center feeds, and where they run. There is no wiring diagram, trust me on that. Does anyone know where to get a wiring diagram for the 2018 Reflection 337RLS? While on the phone with GD for an issue with the convenience center the first guy told me their wiring diagrams were pretty basic and wouldn't be much help to me, the 2nd guy told me there wasn't one. ![]()
